Telemedicine makes it safe to get abortion drugs in the mail

Between misleadingly named “heartbeat bills,” fewer and fewer clinics and providers, and tighter and tighter restrictions, it’s getting harder for women to get abortions. One way around all that might be prescribing the drugs that induce abortions via telemedicine, and new research in the journal Contraception, the “TelAbortion study,” says that this approach is safe and effective. It might even be enough to change the rules in the 19 states that currently ban telemedicine in abortion outright.

It's a mystery that many have tried to solve–some guess that Amazon considers product return rate in their algorithm, others argue Amazon picks items that are most easily fulfilled out of their warehouses. At the end of the day, though, the final choice of what to buy is still up to you.
